My son and I moved in about a month ago- we are new to the area. Compared to other rentals in the Port Huron/St Clair region ... you cannot beat Dutton Estates. We live on the first floor, and it’s surprisingly quiet. We love the kitchen, wood floors, and big rooms. *** I am editing my original post. When we initially moved in the washer/dryer closet hookup in our unit was not large enough for our standard size washer/dryer.
