I could not be happier with my decision to move to Dutton Estates! I looked up and down for a place to call my next home, including rental houses, and then I found this place. The awesome on-site staff (management and maintenance), friendly neighbors and clean hallways, I could not ask for more. My wife and I absolutely love the St. Clair River access we have across the street for our kayaks and the short walk or bike ride into town. I wish I would have had the opportunity to live here earlier
